Birthday weekend!!

Great for families! We came for the weekend for my son and daughter’s birthday and loved every second! Saw lots of bears and had lots of fun! Would definitely stay again!

Family Fall Break

Enjoyable Stay

The property is well cared for. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pans & cooking utensils. Location is fantastic. The cabin was perfect for our group of 11. (4 adults & 7 kids). You will want to bring extra drying towels & potholders. All the games worked great. The movie room could use a “directions sheet” on the wall. However, all the equipment worked well. The movie room was very comfortable. Note to those looking for a perfect cabin: All cabins have maintenance issues that pop up. This property manager was quick to respond. Hopefully the washing machine will be fixed for the next guests. One more note to future guests….DO NOT FEED WILDLIFE. If you give a raccoon a Cheeto he will make a home under the hot tub. If he makes a home under the hot tub, he will return in the evening, corner your family in the hot tub…and demand a Cheeto. If you shoo them away they return & sit at the back door waiting for it to open so he can sneak in to get the Cheeto. So…help the property manager & future guests….don't feed the raccoons. Great property. I would definitely book again.

Cute cabin

Cabin is very cute and was well maintained. Our only complaint is the bedroom with the twin beds isn’t a true bedroom and is a loft area open to the downstairs which has no privacy

The cabin was beautiful inside and out! Very clean! The game room was a winner for our family! Perfect location for mountain living and all the fun within a 10 minute drive.

Forget Me Not - Unforgettable To An Extent

Overall our stay was great. Cabin was spacious, views were above average, location was perfect. Some parts of the cabin are a little outdated and after renting several cabins on a lake in GA and NC, I was expecting a few more items to be available. Also some of the furniture inside and outside needs to be updated/improved. Check in and out were seamless. The cabin did the job that we needed it to for the Ripken Experience baseball tournament we attended.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This was our first time reserving a cabin for our annual Pigeon Forge, TN trip. There were a total of 9 adults and 5 children. Finding the current cabin was easy. The parking spot available was challenging but we managed it. However, upon our arrival, the place was not clean at all!!! The reason we found it out is that my allergies and my mother and law started to kick in later that evening. We reserved this cabin, knowing it was "pet free" but it was not. It was full of dog hair everywhere inside on the main and the second floors. Also, right after the children showered, their feet became black within five minutes, so we started to investigate the dipper and we realized that one of the floors was mopped, and the beds were not changed. They had leftover food (Chips) under the couch in the living room, and the pet's hair on the rug. On the second floor, the same, pet's hair on the bed's cover and the rug, and the sheets were not changed. Back on the main floor, the bathroom had hair left on the wall and bathtub. The rooms below the main floor were okay. However, in the basement where the movie theater is, our kids (don't ask us how) found some pills under one of the seats. I decided to remove all the seats to make sure none were left anywhere else and it was degusting. Food, dustballs, and other crap were all over the place. Not to mention that a vape was left behind above the popcorn machine, which, by the way, doesn't work. Now with the equipment, everything expected, the pool table was good and running. The pool table leaned on one side, so the balls automatically went on that side when you played. The hot tub seems to be clean. The grill outside did not work at first, we realized that most likely it had never been clean. I spent 3 hours of my time on Saturday and had to buy chemicals to clean it all to use it. The cabin itself was spacious enough. The only disappointment we had was about the view. In the pictures online they make it sound like you have a view of the smokey mountains when, in fact, you have a view from the second floor only. If you go on the balcony, you have a semi-partial view of the mountains and the trees, and at the bottom balcony, you have a tree view. Overall, our experience was not the greatest and even if the property manager had a good response time to our issues, we were never asked if they could do something to make our experience better. We felt they just took our money and left us alone.

Challenging

I was not fully satisfied with this cabin! It was smaller than I expected! The furniture needs to be updated. The couches are in bad conditions! They were peeling on the armrest and other places! The first day it was really cold in the lower part of the cabin because the weather was really bad. But that was corrected the next day.

Forget me not

Cabin overall was nice and is as pictured.. the loft area did not have curtains or blinds which would have made it nicer for those sleeping there AND would have helped with the glare of the sun on the tv in the afternoon in the main family room area (it was hard to see the whole screen - probably just the time of year we were there (late October).

October fall break family get a way

Great rental! Family getaway for young cousins on fall break. Plenty of bedrooms for all families and kids. Convenient location - children and adults loved the game room - and the theater room was a great bonus for some movies with the young ones. Cabin was clean and well maintained.

1st Time to Pigeon Forge

This was our first time visiting the area and it was beautiful. The cabin location was perfect and close to everything. The cabin itself was awesome and the kids loved the movie and game room. The only complaint I have was there wasn’t enough silverware for our party of 12 to use at one time. We will definitely be back and we actually saw two black bears one night in front of the cabin!!

Forget Me Not

Our family so enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Its name is very appropriate. We will long remember our time together there. It's such a beautiful place; so tranquil and peaceful. It was awesome to say the least.

Pigeon Forge Cabin Review

We had a great time in this cabin. This was a family vacation with 17 people. Ages from 63-2 were all comfortable and happy with the accommodation's! The kids, ranging from age 2-13 really enjoyed the theater room. They were able to have some of their own space and really get comfortable. The video games helped to pass the time and the pool table was a hit. The master bathroom was a little small for us but we made do. The living room could have had some more seating based on the size of the cabin. All of the couches and chairs in the living room and theater area were very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. We would rent this cabin again if we were ever back in the area.

Clean and close to all activities

The property was very clean and easy to access. We had plenty of space for our group of 10 adults and 2 children. The cabin was within 15 minutes of all activities which was nice. The A/C quit working and I called at 7:30. Someone was out and had it fixed within an hour. Very timely response so late in the evening was appreciated!
