Great Central Location
If you want to be only minutes from everything but away from the crowd when you go back to your chalet, this is perfect. Beautiful home with plenty of space. Kitchen is stocked with whatever you need. Our favorite spot was outside watching Monday night football on the deck. Heads up….the hot tub area is not particularly private and no bedroom on main floor. Not an issue for us, but may be for others. Overall very happy.

Joyce has a great spot up the mountain from Gatlinburg... nice to have a quiet space away from the downtown area. With a family of 6, its hard to find a good spot for everyone - this was a great middle ground from Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge, and the smoky mtns.

Stunning, Gorgeous, Amazing!
We loved this house! It was so nice and elegant! Plenty of space with stunning views! The bears even added a little extra excitement to the stay! The host was very accommodating, checked in with us regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything, and was very easy to communicate with! Definitely plan on making this a yearly thing and looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful property equipped with everything you would need. I appreciated that it even had a pack n play and high chair for our toddler. The views from the decks were spectacular! House was very clean and communication with the owner/management company was quick and easy. Would love to stay here again next time we visit the Smokies.

Enjoyable and Restful Stay for Smokies Visit
We stayed in Joyce's home while taking a recent trip to the Smokies and Pigeon Forge areas with my in-laws, wife, and infant son. The home was inviting and immediately welcoming - with amazing views of the Smoky Mountains to great you through out the day, on the back patio/deck(s). We truly enjoyed the layout of the home - with easy access to the Kitchen and living room areas off the main floor, a nice game room with pool table, board games and classic arcade games on the bottom floor (along with washer/dryer if needed). The top floor included two options for rest and relaxation with a nice tub and shower and 2 king size beds. Having a infant under one we were also extremely grateful for the pack-n-play and baby tub for family trips/stays such as ours. Highly recommend and encourage a stay here if visiting the Smokies/Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge stay - well worth your time!

Location was great for our girl's getaway. Views were beautiful. Nicely decorated from top to bottom. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. Used the fire pits and the hot tub - and all were in good working order. Good communication with host and were able to cook a meal or two with the existing kitchen supplies. Would recommend.

We were very happy with the property. The beds were not as soft as we usually enjoy, but they were still fine! The kitchen does not have a lot of tall glasses (3), so if you have a large party, just grab some solo cups or bring your own glasses. There’s adequate utensils and cooking items. You will want to bring your own spices, etc., for cooking. The gas fireplace and other items were great to use, and the hot tub is fun! There’s also a great pool room with an arcade game and foosball. If you love Gatlinburg, it’s centrally located there. If you like pigeon forge, it’s a bit of a drive. The park is easily accessible, and the area is very quiet. We also were there during a power outage and high winds. I would highly recommend taking your own necessities such as flashlights and other items you may need in the event a storm comes through. The property did have two lanterns, so we were fine! It is just something to prepare for if you go. The owner was very sweet and responsive to all of our messages. I would highly recommend this property.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience! The house was clean, the views were great and the distance to downtown Gatlinburg was perfect (just a few miles away). The only downfall would be how firm the beds were (but that did not affect our stay). Joyce was quick to respond and very informative! The kids loved the hot tub and the game room. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway
Our adult kids were on a break from college, so our goal was to relax and spend time with family. We really enjoyed the games, hot tub, and pool table. The owner checked on us to make sure everything was going well and provided us with helpful information on places to eat and things to do. The chalet has a beautiful view and is very close to Gatlinburg, so that made it nice for a quick trip to the strip.

Convenient Location that was perfect for our stay
This location was perfect for combination of kids and adults. Plenty of space for the kids to do their thing while the adults relaxed. There was nice view of the mountains, especially at sunrise. Access to downtown Gatlinburg was less than a 10 minute drive down the mountain. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it, especially with families and friends traveling with children.
