"We had a little difficulty finding the right door, despite excellent picture instructions. Self check-in was easy.Wonderful White is on the second floor. The staircase and floors are beautiful. The apartment was spacious, especially for just the two of us. One bedroom was decorated for children with games and toys. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen nice, although we only used it for breakfast.The village is charming. The location is very convenient for day trips."

After contacting the host they agreed to send the cleaner back who left a passive-aggressive note telling us she had cleaned thoroughly already. Negatives: Pool access: key card did not work; when raised, staff insisted it did rather than resolving the issue. Room facilities: no tea/coffee, no water provided, and fridge not functioning. Ventilation: no effective ventilation, making the room uncomfortable in warm conditions. Temperature control: central heating still active with no ability to adjust, despite ~24°C outside. Bathroom: bath only, no shower — not practical, particularly for elderly guests. Room quality: no balcony, view onto car park, and overall lack of comfort or atmosphere (minimal décor, dated feel). Room allocation: the room felt like one that is used less frequently, raising questions about consistency in how rooms are assigned (e.g. weekday vs weekend stays).
