“My GF and I usually stay closer to Tannersville but wanted to check out this area. This place was perfect. Room was cozy and the mini living room addition to room with a pullout couch made if feel more spacious. Bed was super comfortable and had antique feel of the furniture and house. the self serve (honor system) bar and array of board games made for a nice relaxing night in by the gas fire place. The coffee and grab and go fruit/snacks, muffins was timely and perfect for starting out our day....

“This oasis in the woods is a perfect week long or weekend respite. It is very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The location is quiet and peaceful with chirping birds and a nearby babbling brook. Easy access to nearby country towns for groceries, restaurants or browsing. Hiking trails are abundant. “This hotel was the most unique place we’ve ever stayed. It was a marvel in many ways, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience with only a few minor flaws: rain shower didn’t work, the grounds where the hot tub is located could be landscaped to provide a beautiful and serene resting spot and there could be more of a staff presence to report ”

“My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. ”

“An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). To our horror we found that the room had No Air-Conditioning. It was 90 degrees outside and all they had in the room was a ceiling fan. There were bugs in the room due to the heat.
