My dog loved the fenced yard, plus we were a short walk from a large grassy park with a jogging trail, technically on-leash but we had the park to ourselves, so... The house was lovely! Modern kitchen, charming decor and completely quiet and peaceful. The king bed in the primary bedroom was great. I liked having a bathtub, even though "real cowboys don't take baths."
