The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so we could not use it.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber sehr zentral, wenn es um Ausflugsziele geht (Bled, Soca-Schlucht etc.). Das Personal ist sehr engagiert, sieht man mal vom Zimmerservice ab (Betten meistens nicht gemacht, nicht immer beide MĂŒlleimer geleert und kein Toilittenpapier aufgefĂŒllt). Das Essen hat uns nicht umfassend ĂŒberzeugt. Es fehlte der letzte geschmackliche Schliff, den man aus 4-Sterne-Hotels in Österrich oder Deutschland gewohnt ist. Es gab aber viel Auswahl (nur fĂŒr Vegetarier ist das Angebot eher dĂŒrftig).

Hotellet lÄg bra med fin utsikt, dock kÀndes vissa i personalen inte sÄ trevliga och stÀdningen var dÄlig. En dag hade de bara fyllt pÄ med handdukar med inte varken bÀddat sÀngen eller tömt soptunnorna. Man behövde betala extra för allt, handdukar vid poolen, för att fÄ anvÀnda bastun, för att spela squash osv. Vilket vi antog ingick i priset vi betalade.

Beautiful views and pleasant staff. The decor is a little older and could use some renovation. But the staff was abundantly friendly and helpful. The food was average for a half board (hit and miss depending on the cook), and there is no place for lunch (have to go into the village). And will only sell drinks for dinner (no tap water provided) However, the hotel has succeeded in having the absolute worst cup of coffee in the world for the breakfast. It puts K-cups to shame. It's of the heights of needing to be tried to be believed. A mix between instant coffee, burnt wood, water, and maybe a special ingredient to make it stand out. And to not make anyone wait for this spectacularly terrible cup of joe, the hotel has two machines that make it equally tasting of "what is this?" But otherwise, a beautiful place with wonderful staff.
