Front staff was very helpful. I left something in the room at checkout and they contacted me to ship it to me. All staff was helpful. Hotel had an elevator problem but I’m sure that is temporary.

Staff was the nicest and most helpful! Rooms seemed clean and fresh, lovely bed. The shower did not appear to be cleaned and behind the curtain was someone else’s hairs. Other than the shower, we enjoyed the stay.
