Great views excellent property manager

The house is at a great location overlooking the bay, a little to the west of the entrance to Grabbers. Becky was there to greet us for check in and help with our golf cart pick up and boat dockage. The house is well appointed and Becky does a great job keeping it clean. Lots of little extras to make you feel welcome. We used the charcoal grill a couple of times and cooked in the kitchen as there was everything that we needed available. Both Kate and Becky were very responsive with any of our concerns. The extra cottage was nice for my parents to stay in so we all had our own space. The only issue we had was attempting to dock our 29ft boat as the conditions were not suitable during any point of our stay. There is plenty of water at low tide so it wouldn't have been a problem with our boat drafting 4ft but the waves/wind made it so it would have been unsafe to do so. I would recommend securing dockage at Orchid Bay as a backup.

perfect view

The house was perfect for our group. Four adult kids upstairs, one couple in the master, and one couple in the snore box. We had a few small hiccups with power and water pump but were quickly remedied by Becky and her crew that just required some breakers to be switched on. They also helped us with everything from private beach for a engagement as well as places to eat and get things we needed. Very responsive and on top of everything. A/C was ice cold and the house was in great shape. We started every day on the back porch and ended it on the back porch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good relaxing location!!

Beautiful home with an amazing view! Only suggestion for boaters is to maybe rent a slip from the marina just a short golf cart ride away as a backup plan. If the wind is blowing hard, it can get pretty rough making it difficult to tie up, but by no means I would I let that deter you from this place.

Special Place, Special Home

Frost Free is a gem. With a deep water cove and dock as its backyard this is the perfect property to vacation for anyone seeking an adventure travel style experience. Inside is appropriately furnished with a quaint bahemiam elegance and comfortable beds,plenty of hot water and AC that cranks when you need it. We rented a boat and golf cart from nearby Dive Guana and each day set off for fishing, snorkeling, beaching, and exploring the different islands around the Ábacos. If you are reading this review, then you likely know the Ábacos is a special place. If you are bringing the family with you, then this is the perfect property to sit on the back porch each morning with coffee then launch a Bahamas adventure.

House was perfect and dock with water and electric. Restaurants nearby by boat or golf cart. Grocery store and liquor store nearby. Fishing was good and the reef at Foul Cay was amazing. We will definitely come back. We came by boat (27 Foot Everglades) from West Palm Beach.

Lovely spot

Beautiful peaceful loved jumping of of dock swimming House had a few problems, washing machine clothes, the auto cycle broken, up stairs air ac not wotking. Despite these problems place was charming. Needs an easy place to charge a cart, there may be one but we could not find it

Beautiful quiet oasis

Frost Free was the perfect respite in great guana cay. Our communication leading up to the stay was very clear and we accessed the house easily when we landed. The house itself felt like we were stepping into a memory box- it was thoughtfully-appointed with a mix of antique and new decor and had been beautifully restored since Dorian. The house was clean and contained everything we needed to enjoy our stay and take advantage of the island, including beach bags and toys, AC, board games, lawn chairs, and directions to local restaurants. We will definitely be back and are grateful for all the owners and manager of frost free did to make our stay seamless and lovely!
