“Host was not attentive. Check in process was horrible. The previous tenant walked in on us after we had checked in. They lie about not having access to the apartment after 11 AM obviously. The previous tenant was allowed to stay past his time and they basically told us we would have to check in later. The host did not seem to care. Terrible service. "I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped."
