“A very new and clean one bedroom, one bath apartment, above the garage of a beautiful home in the Prescott, AZ pines. Has a great view from the deck. We enjoyed the cool weather playing pickle ball at Pioneer Park, visited Whiskey Row downtown, golfed 9 holes in Dewey, AZ & had some great meals at Gurley Street Grill & Marino's Mob (highly recommend both). Lori was a great host and even supplied some decaf coffee at my request.”

“The property was as cute as pictured/described. We loved the attention to detail! There were charging hubs on either nightstand, as well as a noise machine on one. The decor seemed quite professional, very well done. I would be surprised if it was a DIY. We enjoyed our stay, immensely. If I had any critiques, it would be that there was only 1 microwave safe plate. I also would have liked more washable-linen covered pillows. There was only 2. I am a pillow hound with a bad back though. ...

“The property was located on the edge of a beautiful view point to Thumb Butte. It quaint all in one, was amazing for us. A perfect spot to get out of the hussle and bustle. Quiet mornings and gorgeous evenings. ”

“So the cabin was super cute, but listing described an outdoor kitchen so I was hoping to be able to have a grilled dinner perhaps with some groceries. This was not possible due to there literally only being a grill. No dishes or supplies”

“This property has easy access and was very comfortable for our stay in Prescott while touring the local college. It is close to downtown but not too from Embry Riddle. Check in instructions were clear and easy. I would stay again!”

“We travel every week for business and sometimes stay in some not so nice places. This is not one of them! It was clean, quiet and perfect for the weekend. We will definitely stay here again.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed this tiny home! It had everything we needed for our one night stay after a wedding. I usually go in with my own cleaning products to make sure I clean where I stay, but I’m pleased to report that it was absolutely clean in there and you could smell it when you walked in. I would recommend this place if you need a night or two in Prescott. I will be staying again if I’m ever back in town. It ranks highest on my lift of non hotel stays! Wow, I didn’t use the washer and dryer...

“The room was spacious with a lot of wonderful daylight. The deck was lovely for morning coffee and the kitchen was well stocked, so we did not have to bring a lot of items. Finishes were a bit older but charming and property was very clean. There was a nice fireplace, but we did not have a chance to use it. Would be great to have a full length mirror, but not a top priority.”

“Enjoyed our stay- we loved the close proximity to downtown. It made it easy to go to dinner and hang out with our son and his friends at the local establishments so we didn’t have to worry about drinking and driving we walked everywhere! - We were celebrating his graduation from Embry Riddle! We had a great time!”
