The kitchen had a warped shelf the microwave with a broken handle was sitting on, the livingroom had just couches and a desk no separate TV but very spacious. There was no iron or ironing board like most rooms have. Additionally there were holes in the walls and lights that were out as in the bulbs were not there or were broken, poorly fixed wall damage in the room, no hangers for clothes, and no continental breakfast (which if you look online it says the hotel provides it). We only stayed one night so it was perfectly fine, we just needed a place to sleep before driving back to our state. But if i had to stay longer i would stay elsewhere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the parking lot could have been plowed a bit better for safer parking. And there were holes in ceilings and walls in the hallways that i had noticed. But like i said above if you just need a place to sleep for a cheap rate this location would be ideal. The place just looked beat up and run down and there is no coffee or breakfast. The parking lot was extremely dangerous because of the snow there was no pass shoveled to the doors parking lots were a mess with a lot of snow! The outside doors did not lock so anybody could just come in the building as they wanted to and there was an overall sense of not being safe!
