Boardwalk 583 is a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf Shores beachfront vacation rental with stunning Gulf views and space for up to 8 guests. Relax on the private balcony, cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy direct access to the beach. The condo features a king bedroom with balcony access, a second bedroom with a queen and twin bunks, plus a sleeper sofa. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, this rental unit is just minutes from top attractions like The Hangout, Gulf State Park, and Waterville USA. Guests also enjoy a beachfront pool, BBQ area, and on-site dining at Sea-N-Suds.

Enjoy breathtaking Gulf Front views from Boardwalk 583. A 2-bedroom 2-bath condo in Gulf Shores is what you need to feel the beach vibes. Open the doors to the private gulf-facing balcony as you relax in the modern decorated living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make home cooked meals. There is seating for 4 at the bar area and 6 people at the dining table. There is also an in unit washer dryer that will allow you to have fresh towels and bathing suits all week long.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and access to the gulf front balcony. There is a tub/ shower combo in the bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunks. There is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This Gulf Shores vacation rental can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. -

Boardwalk is a timeless Gulf Shores tradition. The 70 unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions, entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool sundeck and BBQ area.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present

The Condo was right on the beach! The place was fairly clean. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and hard. All of our backs hurt every day. The pull out couch every bar could be felt. And upgrade on mattresses and pillows is badly needed. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Right on the beach which was most important to us Bc we had a 3 year old with us. Condo was nice.

Great check in and out process. Easy to come and go, great location for stores and restaurants and right on the beachfront.

Older condo but great location

We had a great time. The location was fantastic. We walked to diner two nights and across the street to get groceries.

Needs some TLC - and a good cleaning...

The view was great - that's the good - now the bad: If I was the owner of this property I would be very upset with the house keeping and maintenance manager... I was very disappointed, the room was not clean ( even though we had to wait to get in for them to clean it) The bathroom floors were dirty. I put towels down to walk on - some of the light bulbs were out above the dining table. The closet door in the master was totally off the hinge... same with the laundry room door. the drains in the tubs were all clogged up.. water would not drain.. The balcony table leg was bent so the table would not stand up straight. We have to put something under the leg.... I think that Maintenance and house keeping need to be responsible for making sure these things are taken care of.... I paid a lot of money to stay here. I can say that I will not be back to this complex.. I really feel sorry for the owner because they are putting their trust in VRBO to make sure their property is kept in good, working, beautiful condition.

Great Location and View

I enjoyed my stay but please fix the closet doors in the master bedroom and have the cleaning service clean the bathtub drains. Water backed up in tub because the drain was full of hair. Had to remove it myself. Other than that no problems.

Boardwalk 583, Young's Suncoast

A most excellent way to cohabitate with family for a week on the Gulf of Mexico. When not on the beach one still has the view of the gulf from the balcony. Also true for the waters. When not in the gulf enjoying the surf, the outdoor pool offers a soothing alternative. Decently clean and no bed bugs! Yay!
