The view and beach access was amazing! The house needs some repairs. The manager was very responsive. But the repair done on slider to beach was just a quick not efficient fix. But with that being said you can’t beat the view and ease of accessing beach. Would definitely rent again.

absolutely amazing location. Great for families. We got there and the outside handle to the sliding door was gone and an older person or child could not open the door at all even from inside as it didn't slide well anymore due to salt water and house shifting I imagine. Would just have to go around down main steps underneath instead of out beach side. King bed is really only a twin because nobody can sleep on the right side because mattress is literally sunk in 4 inches easily. We called to have downstairs toilet fixed after we had to tie it up to keep it working - no biggie and they came quickly but afterward the handle was still broken after the guts were replaced - handle was issue along with chain - not the stopper. Fortunately we could figure out how to keep using it. Its just an unmaintained property in a great area. If you realize this and are ok with that it's 5 stars. We would go again knowing all this. I read the reviews that explained some of it and had hoped the mattress had been changed but no.

Great location, plenty of room. The house needs some maintenance. Soft floors by windows/patios, big nail heads sticking out of wood deck. Patio doors are very hard to open, Microwave plate is wrong size. Little annoying things for the price. BUT AMAZING views and beach time.

Dilapidated Home with Unresponsive Hosts

We were sorely disappointed by the condition upon of the home upon our arrival. Even more so because the house had not been cleaned and there was trash and sand throughout the house. The beds were worse than any motel, and the King mattress had an intention that made it unusable. One of the bedroom doors was literally broken and hanging by one hinge with chunks of wood protruding from the frame. The outdoor shower was broken. The management company was unresponsive and it was difficult to get past AI to talk to a real person. Pass on this house. Pass on Vacasa.

We had easy access to the beach which was great. The not so great was one of the queen bed frame legs was broke. I notified the company and they said they would let their maintenance know to get it fixed. We didnt hear from them until the day before we left. The place needs some maintenance done on it. We had eleven people in our group and it did accommodate us, and we had easy access to the beach.

A Breeze of a Stay

Good property. Great location and easy beach access. Clean and fully furnished as advertised. Dogs will have some trouble with sand spurs if not careful. Good contact from Host throughout our stay. ourstaystay.Pleased to recommend

The home was acceptable but the property manager failed to live up to expectations.

The home was of good quality. It needs a few minor repairs that were mainly cosmetic. My primary issue was with Vacasa. I called to report damage almost immediately upon our arrival. The door to the patio which led to the ocean was almost unusable. The door handle was broken and the sliding door was near impossible to slide. I was the only one in our party that could open the door. After reporting the issue, I was told someone would be out right away. Someone did arrive the next day but told us that he was not able to fix it and was going to report it and get it fixed as soon as possible. I sent messages almost every day to check on the progress of the door and our access to the ocean. I was consistently told that someone would be out to work on the door. That did not happen until Friday evening. The company that came and fixed the door informed me that they were not contacted until Friday about fixing the door. We spent the entire week without a working door to the patio. That is the entire reason that we rent a house on the ocean. I would like to know what will be done to remedy this situation. We tried to be patient and not make a stink but that got us no where and we were not able to enjoy the house as was advertised.

Great Beach House for Family Christmas

Loved the house

The house was amazing. But there was lots of trash outside from other guests, maybe. Inside wasn't cleaned as much as could've been. A contact was on upstairs nightstand, a cigarette was behind TV in living room, and a used bar of sopa was left in downstairs restroom. I would stay again though, because the house was large and conveniently located.

Easy going beach escape

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. The location is amazing! It’s right on the beach so it is the easy to set up on the beach for day and be right by the house for when you need to go in. It was the perfect spot with so many littles. It’s right across the street from some great restaurants and waves convenient store. The house is not brand new but it was nice. Bring your own comforter if you like to sleep with a heavy blanket. The back door was hard to open and close but were told a new one was ordered to replace it. Overall it was a great little beach spot and would come back!

First Family Trip

We loved it….had everything we needed. Even if we didn’t have internet…everything worked out great. Having just a short walk to to beach was my favorite part of the trip. It was wonderful 😀

Vacation right on the Beach

The location to the beach can't be beat. We loved staying where you can walk out to the beach at any time. The deck and balcony were so nice when we needed a break from the wind and water. There was lots of space to sit on the deck and dry our towels and swimsuits. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to eat at home. The bathrooms also had plenty of towels and soap. We appreciated all the laundry and dish detergent provided! The washer and dryer worked great. Our kids loved the loft area to hang out and have their own space. So much space to spread out as well as storage space. Our only complaint was the dog hair on the floor and in the tub.

Family stay at "The Breeze"

It was a very decent place to stay for the family. Kids could go onto the shore any time they wanted. Besides the sun rise and sunset every day. Only hiccup was that the Clothing Washer was not working. Hopefully they will fix it. Other than that It's a very decent place for a couple of families.
