Amazing views!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although we did have an issue with the door code upon arrival, it was resolved quickly. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the unit and it was a lot more spacious than I realized. We will definitely stay here again.

Colonnades 802

Condo was very nice and comfortable overall. Had an issue with the dryer but maintenance man responded quickly. Double beds in very 1st bedroom were horribly squeaky, almost to the point of waking the other person up when you rolled over. Other than that our stay was great and I would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the condo and location, the beach was perfect, the pool was located on the second level which gave us an Awesome view of the ocean & beach. The pool was very nice , there was a couple of days the weather was very windy and it could have been cleaned a little better but I would still give it a 5 star rating! The security was very good and the folks working security and at the complex went out of there way to be friendly and to make you feel safe!! The public areas were kept spotless including the public restrooms at the pool. The pool furniture was comfortable and kept clean. Back to our condo it had everything we needed for our stay and for cooking our meals. It also had a wet bar with full size ice maker which was a huge help when packing for the beach. All the appliances were very modern and looked great in the condo. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and everyone said the beds were very comfortable. Also, at night you never heard a sound the condo was very sound proof. The location was within 15 minutes of just about anything you could want to do! We absolutely would recommend this condo and property manager team!

Great Condo, awesome view ..👎 do not use BEACHBALL rental

Beautiful property, amazing view we had a wonderful time, in spite of BEACHBALL rental. The condo has a key entry, we were not expecting to be tied to two keys, but that worked out ❤️ the rental company did not explain any of that, they also did not give us all of the codes needed, or fully explain the use of codes( the elevator has a code to get off on the floor with the pool) . We had to go to the rental company to pick up at check in & return keys at checkout. They did not know the color of the building, they said orange & yellow...for your reference it is blue & white! The condo & the beach was amazing! Glad we chose not to let the rental company mess up a beautiful family vacation! We rented a beach package from Gulf Coast Rentals they were amazing, delivered & picked up..Orlando was awesome 😎 call them for all of your extra fun stuff!!

We will be back! Great stay!

We have visited Gulf Shores many times but this condo was probably hands down the best we’ve stayed at. Very spacious condo and clean!!! Close to all the entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. We had one issue with the washer not draining and reported out at 9pm and by the next afternoon we had a brand new washer installed. Wowza!!! The pool is located on level two with gated access and you can view ocean and watch kiddos (teens) at the pool easily. We were very appreciative for the service and quality of this condo! We have this property saved and we will be revisiting!!! Condo supplied adequate towel/wash clothes, detergent and other household items. Not to mention the boogie boards and sand toys. Closet space and bathrooms were nice. Appliances and decor are up to date. We had all we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and supper; along with a medium sized ice maker that we used daily to fill drink cups and cooler for the beach. This gated property with guard made us feel safe and sound. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Only problem was we needed to change our dates and Beachball was not willing to work with us. Very disappointed I use VRBO quite often.

Fun family vacation

Our experience started off not great, we went to grab our welcome packet and it was not left for us. We had to wait almost an hour for someone to get the key to us. Other then that, the experience was great. The condo was beautiful and the perfect size for my family and friends. We loved the pool and the access to the beach was so close. I would definitely stay here again.

Colonnades 802 WIN for Vacation 2022

This condo was exactly what our family was looking for and needed to make a great vacation stay. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing and something we all looked forward to looking out at every morning. The location was close to anywhere you would need to go and within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. The elevators broke down on two occasions, leaving only one working for all guests, but maintenance repaired quickly. The pool area is small and only 4 ft deep in the middle, the other 2 sides are only 2ft deep. It is great for younger kids, but not older ones. Security on site was great. Angie at the parking lot entry office was always great and nice to talk to. Taking care of the property area is a priority for sure. Codes to know to get to the beach and pool were nice as well. The living room was spacious enough for our family to hang out and all sit together to watch shows on the huge flat-screen TV. There are written instructions on how to navigate the remotes so can access streaming services and also cable. That in itself saved a lot of guesswork. Very happy with the condo and would 100% return to stay for another trip. We are all missing our place since we returned home. Great memories were made. Awesome Place to Stay

Everything was perfect. Very nice and clean. Most everywhere you go there is always something but this place was amazing. There was people smoking on other balconies that was annoying but nothing at all wrong with this unit.

Great Experience!

This is a beautiful condo! We had several issues with the showers and dishwasher but maintenance came quickly and fixed everything. There is construction on both sides of the building if construction noise bothers you.

Colonnades experience was amazing!

My teen daughter and I came to stay here with friends. We had an amazing time with a beautiful view off the balcony. We saw dolphins and the beach and pool areas were very nice! Management was very quick and friendly. When we arrived the microwave didn’t work so we called to let them know and with it being Easter, they arrived promptly the next morning and we got a new microwave! Lots to do near by and would definitely go back!
