Reserve un tee time y disfrute de los 18 hoyos de clase mundial del cercano campo de golf público Kiva Dunes, luego coma algo en el Kiva Grill o en el Sassy Bass Island Grill frente a la playa. The location is the biggest selling point. The gulf view from the balcony was beautiful. It is close to two pools and the boardwalk to the beach.Looks a bit older on the inside, but was adequate for two people. This is the 1st place I have ever rented that didn’t have a basic hair dryer. There was a coffee pot but no filters. The bedroom could use a little work. The sheet was like a hospital sheet but the bed was comfortable. Biggest issue is it is never dark, even in the middle of the night. The window over the bed is to the hallway and the light is always on so it casts light in the room all night. Blackout curtains over both windows would solve the issue.You can’t put the thermostat lower than 70 or the unit may freeze up as noted. Was pretty warm at night. It would have been nice to at least have a ceiling fan in the bedroom with the limitation to make it cooler at night.Overall, condo was clean; view and location was top notch; and there was a decent amount of space for a couple or maybe even a small family. I would definitely stay there again, but blackout curtains and a fan in the bedroom would elevate this condo for sure. The cost was reasonable and another selling point.

Older unit that needs attention.

This unit had a great view. But outdoor furniture was rusted and broken. Good appliances. Twin beds did not have a mattress only quilt and thin foam pad. When we enter the unit, the living room was piled full with patio furniture that had been brought in several days before due to storms. This made me question the care given to this unit.

Great view, less crowds.

Wonderful location for this condo. Second floor view of the ocean and dunes. The resort complex has amenities and a restaurant. Nearby coffee, ice cream shops. It is a little way from the main strip, but you get quieter beaches and less traffic. The unit was clean and stocked with supplies (tp, pt, detergents..). The bed was comfortable.

Great Location/Property is Old and Dirty

Location and complex are great. Unit is very old and dingy. Mattresses very uncomfortable and old. Mold on shower curtain. They are $2 to replace those plastic ones. Smoke detectors all started going off and no one could get to the unit. I finally gave up at 11 PM and took them out of the ceiling. Felt dirty and I didn’t want to walk on floors. View is absolutely amazing.

Easy Access to the Beach

This particular place was literally right on the beach to where I could get the kids ready and walk down there and when we got done we walked back and they even have a place to wash the sand off before you get back to your room. It really was the best. Will definitely be staying again.

The restroom was not flushing as it should, it kept running and they told me to turn the water off and they would come look at it but no one ever came or called or texted to come look at it, we made due with what we could

Dirty room and safety issues

The kitchen tub and lien was all clean but the floors were so dirty you didn’t want to walk on them. Some over the outlets were broken and having my kids there it did not feel safe at all. I tried getting ahold of management and vacasa and they were no help because my son had locked the bathroom door with my phone and stuff inside the day we were checking out. Vacasa said they were getting someone there right away, no one came two hours later. Finally a local helped us because maintenance was off on Sunday’s. Despite vacasa assuring that they spoke with maintenance and they’d be there. The number provided to me on my reservation sent me to the vacasa in Portland or and of course they couldn’t help at the way from there.

Great family getaway!

We had such an amazing trip! The condo was a little on the small side, but fit our family of 5 comfortably (3 kids 12 and under). It was as described and very clean. The location can’t be beat! The direct beach view from the balcony and the close proximity to the boardwalk and two pools were awesome! It’s maybe a two minute walk and you’re on the beach! The pools weren’t too crowded. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay. Love the way that the kitchen/living room close off from the sleeping quarters. The beach was very clean and the security guard very helpful. I would recommend this condo especially for a weekend getaway.

Great anniversary

Really enjoyed spending our 41st anniversary at the Plantation. everything was great except that the sliding glass door still did not work properly. It would not slide properly, and the screen door was standing against the wall outside when we arrived. Had seen comments on this problem when booking our trip, and thought it had been fixed. It was a minor inconvenience, really. Just sharing for the owners to be aware of. Would love to come back another time.

Love view toward ocean. Takes effort to open and close sliding door. Not all electrical outlets work. Front of kitchen cabinet drawer falling off. Mold on bathroom shower liner and shower faucet handles.

Enjoyed our stay, although we was a little disappointed with the cable TV service. We are glad to see that you changed the colors inside the unit. May need to update the online pics. Might want to consider updating the mattress. The view was spectacular! We will be back.

Nice small condo on the beach. With awesome beach view.

We loved our stay here. There was one bedroom, one sleeper sofa and a set of small bunk beds built into the hallway. The view of the beach from the living room was so beautiful. The property has indoor and outdoor pools which is really nice when you have small children. The only problem we had was the balcony door was sticking so we had some trouble getting out to the balcony. Other than that we had a wonderful time.
