LOVED IT
The house was very clean. The host was insanely easy to contact and responded swiftly. We were lucky to be able to check in early due to the property being cleaned and ready before check in. Very short walk to the beach. We had such a great time. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

Great getaway on the Mississippi Gulf Coast
My family and I took our annual family vacation to the Mississippi Gulf Coast this year. This home was located just a short walking distance from the beach and had everything we needed. We only had to reach out to the owner for one question, and they responded very quickly. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Short getaway
Great to get away from the casino traffic. Being 70+ the stairs were a challenge. Only went up at end of the day. Loved having the yard and appreciate the balconies.

Nice stay
I always list pros and cons of any rental I stay in: Pros: Check-in was easy entry through a combination key pad. The unit was clean and it had very comfortable king size beds in both bedrooms. The unit had nice shower water pressure. There are plenty of nearby restaurants to drive to and its just a very short walk to the gulf with miles and miles of sidewalks to enjoy morning/afternoon walks. The rental was located in a safe area. Cons: I found the AC/Heating ceiling box units frustrating to operate even with the owners written instructions. This house does not have a normal AC/Heat centralized system. It has individual AC/Heat ceiling box units in each area of the house. One was in the kitchen, another in the living room, and one in each of the bedrooms upstairs. To cool or heat each room you had to set each unit by a hand held remote. Even with the lighted remotes it was difficult for me to read the small print settings that operates the AC/Heat units. My first night at the rental the outside temperature dropped into the 30s and somehow the heat in my bedroom kicked off during the night and I woke up freezing. Unbeknownst to me I must of set the bedroom’s hand held remote to a timer. If you are a light sleeper there are train tracks somewhere near the area so when a train passes you can hear the train and its horn. I heard the train one night about 9 pm and another time around midnight. But other than that I slept very peaceful the rest of the night.

Mid road trip homey stop
Spent 2 nights in the middle of our spring break road trip here. It was nice to have space for our family to spread out between hotel stays. My 15 year old could go to one of the bedrooms to get homework done while the 13 year old could go to another room to watch TV and I could do a little laundry. We could also walk down to the beach to let the 13 year old run off some energy.... Borrowing a football that was in the hall closet ( there were also some beach chairs and a boogie board in that closet). Kitchen seemed well stocked but we didn't really use it since the owners sent a list of restaurants in the area and I only wished we were staying longer so I could try them all. One was at the end of the block so we walked 2 minutes to give that one a try. Drove about 10 minutes to get to restaurants in downtown Gulfport and about 18 minutes to drive to Biloxi.. Upstairs full bathroom was spacious and well stocked and it was nice to have the half bath downstairs. The 2 king beds were comfortable.. The floors and especially the stairs were very creaky so no sneaking around. It didn't bother me other than I was afraid we were being noisy for the neighbors and that we would hear the neighbors but we didn't. The only way I knew the neighbors were home was if I saw their car in the driveway.. Yes there is a train horn going off every now and then but that doesn't bother me as much as slamming doors and paper thin walls of most hotels. Very glad we stayed here and would definitely stay here again,

Very nice, comfy townhouse!
This was a wonderful townhouse in a great location! For dinner, we walked just a short distance to Felix's Restaurant down the road. A few more steps and we could have been on the beach, but we didn't go. The house is in a nice, quiet little neighborhood and we didn't feel unsafe walking back home after dark from the restaurant. The house was immaculately clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. All the furnishings and decor was very stylish and looked brand new. Since this is a duplex townhouse I wondered if we would have noisy neighbors. There were people staying in the other unit, but we never heard them. The hosts were so nice and truly cared about making our stay perfect. They had lots of "extras" for us. Plenty of towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, fully stocked kitchen with dishes and whatever you need, and even supplied coffee grounds, sugar and bottled water! I highly recommend staying here.
