“The elevator was working when we carried all our stuff to the sixth floor checking in then the elevator stopped working we had to walk down 6 flights stairs to eat dinner and come back up 6 flights to our room. The next morning when we were checking out the elevator was still not working and we are old and I just had hip surgery 2 months ago so we couldn’t carry everything down. We walked down for breakfast and the night manager had no answers to how they were going to handle the luggage issue……

“The rooms look newly remodeled. But the room smelled like it had wet wood. We were right in front of the pool and it was loud. People were smoking and the scent got in the room.”

“This hotel needs some attention, one elevator is broken and has been for months. The washer and dryer was also down. There was a lot of noise and although there are printed hours of quiet time they are not enforced. Our car was hit while parked in the lot and when I ask for video footage, the manager Susan seemed unusually bothered and told me this was a police matter. Security stepped in and later tried to assist however advised there is no tape to view.”

“The property waa well maintained. Very clean inside. The staff were very accommodating and so friendly. The daily Breakfast had so many options and plentiful. The parking was great too. Definitely. will book here again and again.”
