"Our stay here was spectacular! The extra firewood came in very handy when we got 3 feet of snow. So did the pool and the sauna up at the clubhouse. The house was extremely clean and very well equipped. It might be pricey, but it is so worth it because of the location and the convenience. We will be back!"

"Great location in Bethel and close to Sunday River. The place was very clean, comfortable and had lots of kitchen supplies. We enjoyed using the hot tub. Would definitely rent it again."

"The condo is very modern in a dated building. Everything was really easy and convenient and seemed brand new. The condo could use a set of steak knives or a butchers block and maybe a drying rack for pots and pans in the kitchen. And the TV in the room with bunk beds is connected to nothing so unless you bring your own fire stick or gaming system its useless. However with that being the hardest parts of our week I would say this place is awesome."

"We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and nicely renovated. There is great walkability and nice trails nearby; our dog loved it! However, the water pressure is very low (0.75gpm) and you can hear your neighbors upstairs, which is another STR."

"We wanted affordable accommodations close to Mt. Abram. This condo was great. It accommodated our family of four (two kids 7 and 9) nicely. Both kids had their own comfortable spot to sleep in the living room area (futon and comfortable pullout love seat). There was plenty of room for gear. The wood stove was awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. There was plenty of bedding, towels, etc. We would stay here again for sure!"

"Overall fantastic stay. It is truly a ski on/off location which is also perfect for beginner skiiers b/c you ski onto the bunny slope down to main lifts. Julia was very helpful especially when we weren't sure if mountain would be closed. The pool was wonderful after a long day of skiing and also had a changing room (which I was not aware about from the listing). "We had the best stay at this North Peak condo with an ideal location. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, kitchen fully equipped, great bunk room, convenient 1st floor location. Easy ski in and out down to South Ridge. We had a truly memorable weekend of ski fun!"

"The actual condo was very nice. Clean quiet and comfortable . Would have liked additional towels for pool since we had to use bath towels Kitchen was great and we were able to cook no problem. Stocked with essentials to make a meal but bring your own spices Ski / boot storage was not ideal. We just left gear in vehicle. "The location was great. The kitchen had bare essentials. One of the pans should be thrown out. The nonstick coating has been scratched almost completely off. No bottle opener or can opener. The purpose of staying there was for the location mainly. But being able to cook breakfast and dinner would have been better than going out to eat. All in all it was a fantastic ski trip."

"We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct.
