“Daniele and Glenda made us very welcome and were always very attentive. Arranged our evening meal at short notice. Plenty of informative leaflets for people to take to plan their outings. ”

“Stayed here with a friend in preparation for Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. Check in very easy. Warm welcome. Very hospitable staff. We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. ”

“We had a truely wonderful stay at Willance House, a littke gem of a place a short walk from Richmond town centre with ample street parking opposite. The guest house itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, very comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast was good quality ingredients and absoloutley delicious. The hosts Colin and Sandra were very welcoming and attentive, fabulous customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Would without a doubt stay here again and higly recommend. ”
