“Perfect location. Nice, clean and well take care of with amenities. Will absolutely stay again in the future.”

“Great location for visiting UT; walkable to Neyland and Kerns. Well decorated (cute/cozy), very clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. Host was very great with communications both via email and a binder with local recommendations. Highly recommend!”

“It was a great place during the day. At night, we could hear club music until 2:00 am. Challenging to sleep.”

“Everything was expected. Clear communication with host. We made a mistake with the parking pass, but host was understanding. Room was small (but as expected per listing), but clean and perfect for our needs, with a great location. ”

“Great place, fully stocked with cooking utensils, paper goods, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Convenient location near restaurants, bars and boutiques. Host was quick to respond. We would stay here again!”

“Condo was exactly as advertised. High end finishes all around and a well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Parking was convenient.”
