“Everything you need. Doesn’t have Wi-Fi or good signal for your phone but it didn’t bother us as we were out and about exploring the surrounding countryside. I would recommend if you want a peaceful holiday.”

Great beaches and charming villages not far away. Easy communication with the owner from remote. Highly recommended! ”

“Very clean and well equipped. Short distance to seafront and bus stop 100m away for buses to Cromer & Sheringham. We had a very minor issue and the owner was brilliant, sorting it straight away and checking back. Ideal for a couple of a family.”

“Great area right in Holt with lots of places to eat. Ten minutes from lovely beaches and a cosy tiny cottage. The bunks were a bit small for adults but fine for children. ”

“The Nook is a lovely retreat in the countryside with all the facilities you need. Its own kitchen with all the equipment you need and a lovely lounge/bedroom which is comfortable as well as spacious for 2 people. Will definitely book to stay here again.”

Louise was a fantastic host; great communication, met us on arrival for tour of the house (also very kindly left us nice bottle of wine, crisps and a large carrot cake from the local bakery on the dining table, as well as fresh milk and eggs in the fridge!). “A clean and well looked after property. Super to be able to sit outside of an evening and watch the activity on the river. Enjoyed meals at both of the local pubs. Plenty to do round and about.”

“Lovely little cottage in a beautiful, peaceful location. Well equipped and immaculately clean and modern. Absolutely loved staying here and of course our visits from Charlie the Heron who we fed sardines every day. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to everyone”

“A lovely converted workshop in to 4 double bedrooms holiday let.Great location, plenty of parking with well kept grounds.My family and I plus our two dogs had a fabulous time and would definitely return.”

“What a wonderful weekend spent in this beautiful lodge in the norfolk broads . The pictures do not do this place justice it is beautifully furnished and decorated and so comfortable. We came for two nights with my friends and parents and had lovely relaxing evenings sitting round fireplace playing board games. I arranged a boat trip with the host Andrew for the saturday in the cruiser boat for 4 hours which was worth every penny it was pouring with rain but didnt spoil our fun we enjoyed seeing...
