I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience ”

There is a dedicated parking place and easy access to the property. Modern bathroom and good kitchen facilities. There are a couple of good pubs nearby, although we never tried the Plough in Appleton. Chantal was a great host and responded very quickly to a query we had about the heating. ”
