“It is an adorable little cottage. Very clean and everything we needed. ”

“Staff was very polite when checking in. Even tried to accommodate us for arriving early. The room's are small, but it was perfect for us. It was extremely clean, along with the bathroom. Only thing that we would've liked would have been more towels. There were only 2 bathtowels. And with how hot it was we took a shower before dinner and again when we fot back to the hotel. But other than that it was good, nothing fancy, super simple. ”

“Cute barn, but was 10 feet off the Highway & was a big noisy. Owners were working on property 10 yards from the glass front door so privacy wasn’t great. no ice/ ice cube trays or bottled water. Interior walls are very thin so the sound really carries ”

“I thought I was booking another RB&B closer to town that was larger so when I arrived, it was a little bit chaotic with my partner. She was a bit disappointed, but overall we were very happy with the facilities and I would recommend it. Two little snafus, one the yard man was mowing and weeding when we arrived and not his fault he was having to work around the weather conditions and he was there as we were leaving mowing the front yard. The other was the lock was very tricky, but the issue was……

“This is our third time to stay at the Ainsley House and the location is fantastic. Over the years and multiple stays, the house has become slightly run down and needs some TLC. Overall the bed is clean and comfortable and everything downtown is easily walkable which is why we would stay here again.”

I can't tell you how cute this place actually is, you reaĺly need to see it for yourself. The hot tub was fantastic, the fire pit was good and the bed was comfortable. We didn't have to reach out to the property manager for anything, but I can confidently tell you, that if we had to, she would probably have been on top of whatever we……

“Great location walkable to downtown. Cute house. Upstairs shower faucet was on upside down though so you only got hot or cold water nothing in between. Should be an easy fix with just a screw driver.”

“Very cute and cozy little cabin. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The bed however was very uncomfortable and the floor was dirty. I kept picking up lint and hair on my socks and shoes. It was a great place to stay while we visited Fredericksburg.”

“My daughter and my niece and me booked this for two of the nights on our girls trip to see the bluebonnets. This place is so inviting and comfortable we did not leave to go out for dinner. Brought our own food in so we could enjoy both evenings sitting round the fire pit. The place was clean, neat, and had all the amenities one would need. Easy to get to from town. I would book again.”

“The trip was a huge success. Not only was the cabin just as we wanted but they had wine, chocolate strawberries, and flowers with a very professional table set for a romantic dinner. As the sun was setting the deer were walking around the yard as we enjoyed our jacuzzi with the wine and strawberries.”
