Watching the Sun rice in the early morning to watching the stars at night. We are located on 53 acres just 3 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. Featuring countryside views from the porch, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with a king size bed and full size bathroom also 6 person hot tub. Each room in the cottage is decorated beautifully with fine art and furnishings. Towels and linens are provided. Fredericksburg has great restaurants, shopping and wine tours.

Perfect Get Away Plave
I am recovering from breast cancer surgery and just needed a break from everything. My husband found and booked this adorable little cabin for us for a few days. I can't tell you how cute this place actually is, you reaĺly need to see it for yourself. The hot tub was fantastic, the fire pit was good and the bed was comfortable. We didn't have to reach out to the property manager for anything, but I can confidently tell you, that if we had to, she would probably have been on top of whatever we needed immediately. The notes that came with the check in email were so clear and concise, that we really had no questions. This is a great place, and as my first Vrbo, it was a complete success.

Cute farm house
We enjoyed our stay. The location was close to town and easily accessible. We were able to bring our dog and he loved having the open space. It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi and sitting out on the front porch.

Great property, quiet, peaceful, secluded and perfect. Bring an extra multi-plug charging unit, there are limited outlets. Great snacks, to choose from if you need them. All the extras and more. Love the quirky decor and ease of reservation.

This had everything we needed. Perfect location. All the amenities! Comfy bed. My only suggestion for a change - and this is super nit-picky - is that the counters have so many items on them that it's hard to make a meal. And if you want to use the table, you have to clear off the place settings. I felt guilty moving everything. That probably takes a lot of work to set up.

Great Place For a Weekend Away From Stress
Accommodations were as described and we enjoyed our stay there. It was great for a weekend away with the wife for us to unwind a little and see some of the Texas Hill Country. Location was great for those with cars. It was perfectly secluded for our tastes, but still only a short drive away from Main Street and all of the attractions.
