Great location

The air vents are dirty - need to be cleaned. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location. Close to beach, sea pines center, etc. Enjoyed our stay.

Great property!

Only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach! Right by the pool. Everything was well kept and clean. Highly recommend.

Amazing condo!

Nice Condo

Nice clean condo and great location that is close to beach access and still close to restaurants and shops. Decent amount of room and space for a family of 4-5.

Just perfect!

We are long-time summer vacation renters in Sea Pines and decided to forgo the busy Salty Dog area to stay on the golf course. Terrific location not only for good but quick bike ride to the beach. Perfect spot!

We enjoyed this property, the convenient location and accessible amenities. Our only disappointment was the smell of water damage through the ac vents that triggered allergies in my family.

Excellent Location

This is the 5th week we have stayed in this condo. With 2 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms it's perfect for 2 couples. It's right on the bike trail with a 5 minute ride to the beach. We also enjoy the pool with its partially shaded deck.

Great visit

Very comfortable great location and excellent responsiveness when (minor) issues needed resolving such as replacing a number of burned out light bulbs and getting us back into the condo when the code we had been using for a few days decided to not accept the code. I only mention this to brag about the responsiveness of the property managers.

Quiet, private, safe and serene

Pros -- Sea Pines! Sea pines beach. All-inclusive, pool use, beach proximity. Nice decor Cons -- Bathroom sizes (master was comically small), Low ceilings, more than 1 gate pass costs $, pool code wasn't obvious in welcome packet but prop mgmt returned our call quickly, renovations were being done in the unit above us with power tools during daytime Overall -- a nice 2br condo in the heart of SP. about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach club, ample parking, fair value.

Cute condo

The condo was in a great location with immediate bike path access. It was well lit at night and quiet. The view of the golf course was nice and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The interior and decor is a little outdated and some of the lights need attention as they did not work or flickered when turned on. Regardless, we had a great vacation.

Christmas get away

The property was in a good location for all activities, shopping, and dining. The unit could use refresh of paint and a "deep clean" as cleaning hasn't involved moving furniture, washing walls etc. Having said this it was a good value. Property manager was available and responsive to any inquiry

Enjoy biking walking - beach Location is about .miles beach club Only negative - dining room chairs not comfortable. Not right size for table. Rental agents very accommodating to our questions

Sea Pines

The area was beautiful however location and access to the beach was difficult. There are alot of private beaches in the area with restrictioned access. Coliqney Beach was a public beach however we had to walk a literal mile to it due to limited parking. The room was clean and stocked well with plates, glasses, and appliances. Lots of shopping centers and places to eat. Beautiful landscaping.

Spring Break

The property was nice and clean. The only reason for less that five stars was the fact that the pool was closed during spring break. There is a heated pool on the sea pines property, but this condo does not include use of that pool. That would be my only suggestion for the owners.
