Oceanfront Condo w/Views, Pool + Parking

Experience coastal bliss with this beachfront, first-floor condo that's centrally located in the heart of Surf City!

Step inside to a clean and airy space adorned with coastal-inspired décor, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy your morning coffee with ocean views on your private deck. Paved walkways to the pool and private beach access to relax and spend your days. Close to local shops, boutiques, restaurants and more!

The space
Sleeping arrangements are able to accommodate up to four guests. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bathroom with a powder room/half bath for privacy. Additional sleeping arrangements include a pull out sofa. Linens are provided at no additional cost. Wash cloths will not be provided.
Kitchen is complete with utensils, pots/pans, plates, and drinkware. All the comforts of home to make your stay as care free as possible.

Guest access
The entire condo will be all yours. You will have access to the community pool and outdoor showers.

Other things to note
- There is no elevator, and there are 14 steps to the front door.
- Please remember there are people above you.
- Private parking port fits two vehicles or provides great shelter to bring your motorcycle! This ensures easy parking for you during the busy on-season.
- Parking pass provided. Please hang tag in your vehicle to ensure safe tow free parking.
- Pool closes Nov 1st. Opens April 1st pending inspections
- There will be no refunds or reimbursements resulting from weather conditions, travel delays, pool closures or other events out of our control. We highly recommend looking into trip insurance for unforeseen travel interruptions.

Great Getaway

We always look forward to visiting Topsail Island. Our accommodations were comfortable and provided everything we needed during our stay. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and conveniently located. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Very charming - highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our trip to Surf City. The condo was extremely nice and very clean. Very close hop to the pool, which was extremely nice. The beach was a very short walk from the condo. My husband and I loved this place and will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

Have stayed at this complex several times but this was our favorite unit so far. Everything you could need was available in the condo. It was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The host Maria was very responsive when we needed to get in touch just before and after our stay.

This condo was amazing. It was clean. Had a beautiful pool. The beach was right there. We had everything we needed and had a Fabulous vacation! We would highly recommend it to anyone looking!!

Cute and Convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The keyless entry made it very easy to get in and out, and all of the necessities were included. It was a short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants. The host went above and beyond in communicating check out instructions and questions I had. I definitely recommend this condo and I would stay again.

Great option in surf city

We have stayed in surf city a few times, and surf condos as well. This is easily the nicest surf condo we have stayed in. The unit was open and airy and had plenty of space. We liked the first floor location and the dedicated parking space under the building. The in unit washer/dryer was a huge plus as well. Other perks are the ease of access to the pool and you are close enough to hear the ocean (but not high enough to see the beach over the dunes). It was clean upon check in and no issues. Host communication was great!

Clean Condo, Cool small beach town

First, Maria was top-notch as a property manager. She responded to all of our questions and inquiries. The condo was just the right size for a couples retreat. It was clean with good linens and towels. It had a well-stocked kitchen for utensils. The bonus was the storage unit downstairs to store the beach chairs, plus they had adapters on the outlets for USB plugins and 110 access, very convenient. It was a great beach and the people were friendly. The only thing I would change about it is it needs a bigger TV in the bedroom. That is not a factor when going on a beach trip. We loved this place and would return in a moment.

Spectacular Stay in Surf City

I can't say enough great things about this condo and our host. We live at the beach in Virginia and just love this week in August to get away to Topsail. Instead of renting a big house this year our family decided to rent separate condos, and it was the way to go for us. Alot of beach and pool time and visits to each other's condo. My daughters place wasnt nearly as nice as mine :). Big plus on the management of the Condos, they keep this place in tip top shape - grass is cut, pool is clean and the trash is picked up frequently. They run a tight ship and it shows. Don't put your towels over the railing or else. Anyway, our condo was beautifully decorated, with all the upgraded appliances, TVs and comfy bed and sofa pullout. We will seriously consider renting again next year. Terrific week and loved the whole vibe!

Very easy and short walk down the sidewalk/ boardwalk to beach. The pool is large and is zero entry. Colorful balcony furniture allowed nice views - small table was perfect for eating a meal. The host answers any questions quickly.

Gate was a bit confusing until we realized we had to hit the A button prior to entering code. It worked well after figuring that out. The actual property itself was superb. We will definitely consider a repeat.

The condo was wonderful. Condo was clean, check in easy, clear instructions. Condo lacked instructions for tv remote usage, keurig, and wash cloths. However, the weather was awful!This is our 3rd stay at this complex (different condos) and would highly recommend. Maria was a great agent!
