Welcome to Seablings! Seablings has an open floor plan for the living, dining and kitchen area with lots of natural light pouring in the large windows. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of sauce pans, frying pans, casserole baking dishes. Large pots for your seafood dinners and large dining table to spread out buffet style! Seating for 8 at the dining room table and 4 at the kitchen bar. The house has 3 large bedrooms with double closets and ceiling fans. The master bedroom with master bath is located at the end of the hall and is furnished with king sized bed with a new Tuft and Needle mattress and large dresser. Also in the master is a flat screen TV with built in DVD player. Second bedroom has queen sized bed with new mattress, TV and large dresser. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Linens are provided. Full bath in hallway across from twin room . Living room with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with satellite and WiFi. Also in the kitchen is the washer/dryer in the bifold door enclosure. Enjoy quiet mornings with an ocean view while you have coffee on the large covered front deck. New deck furniture along with chairs and table for 4 makes a nice spot for breakfast and lunch . Downstairs is patio area has two large picnic tables for your alfresco dining. A fish cleaning station and charcoal grill are available downstairs for preparing your "catch of the day". There is also a large outdoor shower with h/c and separate Captain's head (bathroom). For the four legged family members, there is an enclosed dog run with shade.
Covered parking for 4 vehicles. Plenty of additional parking on both sides of house. Playground at the end of street for kids and gazebo for all to enjoy!
We have check in at 3PM for our guests and you don't have to check out until 11 AM on you departure date! Early check in available during OFF season as long as no scheduled stay prior to your check-in date. The house is just a minutes walk from the beach access and a couple of good local watering holes across the street with pool tables and live music on the patios during warm weather. Seablings is a great bungalow on a quiet street just a couple of miles from the hustle and bustle of the heart of Surf City. We have some of our favorite local spots shown here, some have been around for generations, some are new to the island. Maybe give them a try during your stay. Hope to have you as our guests sometime!
