Mr. Sebastian, Thank you for your comments. The property manager will reach out to you shortly. She spoke to you on several occasions to check on you and all seemed fine during the conversations. The guest next door to you called the police and called us to discuss it. She was upset due to your loudness, not the language you speak. Even if it was English and you were loud, she was going to call. Not sure why you would mention your language. Did you ask them if the Spanish was the problem or the volume of your partying?Yes, everyone is entitled to peace and quiet while on vacation., especially after 10pm. You booked one night. You knew check in is at 3 and checkout is at 10am. No one has the time to "watch" what you are doing. Proper respect and etiquette goes a long way especially more now than ever. You also told the guest next door you came to party and for them to "get over it". Was that nice? Maybe you were racist to them because they did not speak Spanish......

We apologize that you feel this way. We were never informed that you were bringing a pet. We are a pet free property and we had guests complaining as to why we state one thing and are allowing pets at the same time. We had quite a few unhappy guests. You also did not pick up after your pet as well. The manager on duty at that time was not an owner and she should have been properly informed. You also asked about pets in general up front and we told you we do not allow pets and you never told us anything about bringing pets, service dog or not.
