“This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. “Lots to do in a remote location. Pool was nice, an outdoor playground and trails. My 6 yo grandson and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. Wifi is extremely slow, ATT was weak and no TV in room. But still a good time ”

“We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and quiet. The only issue I have is the listing said it sleeps four. In reality it only sleeps 2-3 adults. Two kids could probably fit on the futon as it is about the size of a twin bed. Other than that our stay was great and we had a lot of fun at the Bluebonnet Festival.”

“This was not as advertised. There isn't a safe path to the water, and once you get there it looks post-apocolyptic at best thanks to the alligator gar skeletons and murky water. Also, this says it sleeps 4, but there's only a full size bed in the corner of the room. So it sleeps 2 uncomfortably close. We left shortly after we arrived.”

“If you love the peace & quiet, surrounded by nature, this is the place for you. We loved exploring the lake bed, seeing turtles basking in the sun, osprey, flycatchers and many more birds, all visible from the comfort of the hot tub. Don was very helpful and let us use his golf buggy for more exploration around the lake too. Lots of great local days out like the Canyon of Eagles Observatory, Longhorn Cavern & Fredericksburg. “My husband and I had a great stay in the Adelyn Suite at Mustard Seed B&B. The property location could not be better! It’s close to the river, city park, and downtown with a coffee shop, restaurants, distillery, local beer and fun shops. We walked everywhere. While close to everything, the property was quiet and serene. The suite was spotless with nice linens, a comfortable bed, and well-equipped kitchenette. “Cute house with lots of modern amenities and very cool decor. Be sure to go to the end of the street to catch the sunset over the lake. Step outside at night and enjoy lots of stars. Very quiet neighborhood. There was a mix up with the cleaning crew so the house was not clean when we arrived. Once they were done it was great. There is a large window in the back that does not have blinds which takes away from your privacy. If you have pets there is a cute set up for them but the backyard is not...

“My husband and I celebrated our 9th anniversary and we love the hill country. Great location with several wineries nearby. Close to Dripping Springs and Hamilton Pool reserves. The property was beautiful. Even at night with an overcast, it was quiet and pretty overlooking the town lights. We explored the 15 acres. Morning coffee time was quiet and relaxing listening to the birds all over. We will totally stay again.”

“We had a great stay here. Dinner was walking distance and had live music. We rented a boat at the marina and kids had a blast on the lake. Probably our favorite activity was fishing off docks (you can rent poles and worms from marina). My favorite part was sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. We had a great time, thanks for hosting our family.”

“The stay was great! The pictures were very accurate and I was able to plan accordingly. The owner was nice and quick to respond when I needed. If you have a larger party, I would recommend bringing extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper because we ran out very quickly. Other than that, they had everything we needed for a fun stay!”
