"Our stay was absolutely perfect with no recommendations for improvement!!! The home has no air conditioning but I believe that because of the location with the trees it never ever overheated and was always comfortable and we were there in early July.. the neighbor adjacent to us without working in his yard and noticed we were perplexed about that special wood they provide for the barbecue and came over to help us... in general Hot Springs is just a small town with friendly people and a place where you can rid yourself of all cares... we love it. You are supplied with more than enough of everything that you could possibly need and it is very homey and comfortable. There is a restaurant Fergie's with good food friendly service and just a relaxing good time... Buck's grocery has everything you could need and the coffee shop I forget the name but you will find it is very friendly and accommodating with good coffees! Tonna, the property manager, is very prompt with responding to all of your concerns from the time you make the reservation and through your stay - she is wonderful! We visit Hot Springs every year and this will always be our choice from now on... thank you Tonna for your help and making our stay just perfect"
