Wow! What a wonderful stay! The first impression is the stunning view on both sides. We actually enjoyed the view from the front porch a bit more, but the back porch included visits with Leroy, the duck, so it's hard to say which side was best. The house is so roomy and had an awesome amount of counter space in the kitchen and primary bedroom closet. The beds were also incredibly comfortable and my princess-and-the-pea husband is super picky about his mattresses, but liked these so much he took a picture of the label for future reference! Everything was terrific-- we will be back!

The property was immaculate and the views are the best we’ve experienced since visiting Hot Springs. Had a slight issue with the hot tub but the host was helpful in resolving the issue. The duck, Leroy, was very cool and friendly. Very short drive to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

The best part about the rental was the view! Leroy the duck was great, too. Our only complaint is the house wasn’t ready for us at the check in time, towels were still in the dryer and the hot tub wasn’t ready to be used until the next day. Everything else was as pictured.

Amazing views

We stayed for just a short 2 days and it was the perfect place to relax. Amazing views from both the front and back porches! My favorite part was the duck! I really wish he had a little pool though! Check-in was extremely easy and we had everything we could need as far as cooking and comfort goes. It’s not super close to restaurants and such so if you’re looking for that this probably isn’t the place but it’s not so far off you CANT make a quick trip “to town”. Overall great little get away if you’re looking for good views and a peaceful setting.

Beautiful Getaway with Amazing Views

Our family loved having this home as a home base as we explored the surrounding sites. It was easy to get to Hot Springs, and any other activity or restaurant we headed to. I will note that the property might be too daunting for parents of young children because of the steep drop-offs in places, but we did not have any issues.

Great Property With Amazing Views

This was our second time staying at the property and we really enjoyed it. The location is within 10 minutes of town, but feels somewhat secluded in a good way. Views from the hilltop location are great. The owners seem to be actively improving the overall property with updated outdoor amenities. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Hot Springs.

Very nice get away

The house was secluded on top of the mountain. It was very nice and quiet with only a short drive back into town to do the things we wanted to. Will definitely stay here again if we decided to go back to that area.

This is an amazing house with amazing views! Very clean with ALL the amenities of home. Short scenic drive to town, lots of wildlife. We enjoyed the morning and afternoon sunrise/sunset. Lots to do within 10-15 minutes. LOVED IT!!

The view was amazing! There are sights to see in every direction. The master shower was also very nice. The house was clean with many amenities for the stay. I have zero complaints and would go back in the future. Beautiful home and location.

AMAZING!

We loved every minute of our stay! The house was very beautiful and super clean. Not to mention the views are breathtaking! Our hosts were easy to communicate with and paid attention to EVERY detail! Nice House in Beautiful Area

Our family of four stayed three nights at the property and really enjoyed it. The house is well furnished with a nice and clean interior, that seems pretty new. There are numerous large windows that provide a great view of the outdoors and abundant light inside the house. The master bedroom is spacious, with a huge closet and an awesome walk-in shower in the bathroom. Second bedroom is a bit smaller, but was fine for our two kids. Only quirky thing about the house is master bathroom countertop and kitchen sink countertop is bar height, which takes some getting used to. Otherwise, everything about the house and property was great. The location was ideal for what we were looking for, being somewhat secluded but still easy to get downtown in less than 15 minutes or so. Entire area surrounding the house and neighborhood is incredibly scenic and peaceful. We watched the sun rise each morning from the backyard chairs, and seeing the fog roll between the mountains as the sun rose over the horizon was incredible. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, or recommended it to anyone traveling to Hot Springs.

House on Most High Loop

This house is really nice. Wonderful view. We have stayed at numerous rentals and this was the cleanest we have ever had. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would definitely rent again.
