Family vacation for 13

The house is not just beautiful but so very spacious.7 bedrooms with each having its own bathroom. The house was well equipped with all the necessities. Fishing was great. The family caught 3 huge catfish weighting over 5 pounds or more, numerous smaller fish and 4 turtles, one which weighed 20 lbs. the kids had a great time fishing. Also had a nice pool, weather was just too cool to enjoy.

TV’s don’t work

The backyard area is great!Not 1 tv in the house works, even after sending someone out to fix it. The gentleman who came was very nice and even brought us ice. Not enough coffee cups for quantity of guests the house holds. Ice maker didn’t seem to work after 1st day. Could use some champagne/wine glasses.

Staff Convention

We decided to stay in a house together as opposed to renting hotel rooms and eating out three meals a day. It was a wonderful opportunity for us to stay in one place and spend time together. There were nine of us with 6 families and the house was more than we could have hoped for! Our only downside is it was cold and we couldn’t enjoy the gorgeous pool and deck, or fire pit area. The house was spacious with everyone having their own bedrooms and bathrooms there was plenty of room. TV room with shuffelboard table, pool table and also turns into air hockey table gave our younger members a fun place to play and relax. The dinning table was perfect for everyone to sit around and have dinner to father. It was a beautiful home!! The property manager was very helpful and responsive and we would stay here again !! Very clean and well stocked home with all your necessities and even a few extra unexpected items that helped make our stay super fun!

Quick family vacay!

From the moment we walked in and saw how spacious the house was we were impressed! The size of every bedroom with their own bathroom made this trip totally amazing! Everybody was happy with the room they slept in and that’s makes vacations so much easier as nobody complained about sleeping arraignments. The big dinning room table was incredible as it brought our blended family closer together. That was one of the highlights of the trip. The pool was awesome and the whole family had a great time around it and the game room upstairs created some memories and the shuffleboard brought out the competitor in everyone. we did some fishing and caught several fish. Overall the home was 10/10! Highly recommend

Luxurious Comfort

Our family used 6 of the 7 bedrooms. All 6 had an adjoining bath (3 had Jacuzzi tubs). Great amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend highly

Great for a big group

This house is right on the water and gray for large groups. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of cooking appliances. The grill was a great addition and the fire pit is awesome. Can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful Home

Absolutely beautiful home, very large, fantastic place, plenty of room, well stocked, nice furniture, clean. Absolutely love the layout and space. We loved our stay here. The neighborhood looks sketchy but appears to be safe, we didn't have any trouble or see any problems. Not too far from town, quite area.

Loved the house

The only downside is the internet wasn't strong enough to handle streaming, but we did have access to Dish. The house was clean and tidy and would recommend staying here.

Family Vacation in Hot Springs

Very nice property! I would plan to bring your own dish towels and extra paper towels. The dish towels were microfiber, and only two were provided. Located right on the water, only 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs! I would stay here again!

Nice house for a big group

This house fit the needs of our large group. Lots of room for the kids to run around and we enjoyed the outdoor space. The home could use a deep clean inside and a power wash on the outside. We had some trouble with multiple ant hills around the patio area. There are no extras (towels, blankets, pillows, etc) so bring your own if you're wanting more than the bare minimum. Overall, though, we had a great weekend!

Girls trip

The home was very comfortable. Everything was there that we needed and we had a nice time. The pool needed cleaned and the owner came and made it right quickly. The outside balconies and pool area need some tender loving care and maybe just a power washing would help.

Missouri friends Stayed July 16-23rd, 2023

A group of adult friends travel every other year on vacation. We decided on Hot Springs this year to make it a short drive from Missouri. The house is GRAND and beautiful. Upon arrival the outside landscaping and patio needed attention but that was taken care of about half way through our stay. The house sits back quite a ways off the "main" of the lake which was no complaint of ours making it quiet and offered great sunrises and sunsets. We spent most afternoons enjoying the pool!! We brought 2 boats down and it was easy to get in and out. There was never a time that I had to call to speak to the property managers but if there is any suggestions I could make to "improve" our stay it would be to update your beds, the mattress I slept on was pretty worn and almost all our guests that stayed with us had complaints about them. Offer an extra fridge, if you have a house that can accommodate several guests there is not enough refrigerator room. We went grocery shopping upon arrival for just a few days and had to purchase extra coolers to keep stuff cool because we ran out of room. and last the area around the pool gets extremely slick when wet! We had 2 people go down hard and all week had to be extra careful when getting out. I could not imagine how little kids would be. OVERALL our stay was great, the house was beautiful! Being on the lake is great and the pool was a wonderful bonus for the hot days

Fun house for kids and a dog! We appreciated the large dining space for 10 of us!

Neighborhood seems sketchy and dogs close by would chase us if we wanted to walk. Our last night we had a storm related power outage and being so remote there didn’t seem to be anyone to come and restore it!

Sibling Reunion

This house with 6 bedrooms with king or queen beds and private baths was perfect for our group of adult siblings. Very clean inside and local contact solved one minor issue promptly. The setting on the lake was beautiful and even better than we expected. Lots of games and fully equipped for guests of any age. One room set up for children was not used. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Stay

Overall everything was perfect. The house needs a little TLC and there were (thick cobwebs/spiderwebs) everywhere!! The lights went out Saturday morning and they sent us to breakfast and paid for it. My family loved the house.

Great for multiple families

The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. The game room was fantastic for the teenagers & even the adults enjoyed it too. The house could have been cleaner. Cobwebs & dust in multiple window seals. The pool area and balcony needed to be power washed. A gate near the pool & boat dock would be good for safety with younger children & the back door was very difficult to lock. Extra blankets & pillows would have been good to have.
