Poor customer service
"One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website ..."

"En general la cabaña cumple sin embargo son muy heladas los que las hace ser poco acogedoras, no aconsejo ir en invierno…si bien nos esperaron con la estufa a Pellet prendida la cabaña no estaba temperada y la primera noche pasamos mucho frío. Por el precio creo se puede buscar mejor opción."
