The inn has been recently renovated, and the results are beautiful — everything feels fresh and carefully curated. Our room was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable with what we can only describe as a perfect mattress. Combined with the quiet surroundings, we had one of the best nights of sleep on our entire trip. Caley, the owner, was absolutely lovely. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a comfortable stay. We only wish we had stayed longer!"

"We booked for a sibling birthday retreat- traveling from Texas, NC and Va. The house was quaint, comfortable ( chairs on porch not so much- would have liked rocking chairs as advertised as the weather was perfect for spending time there). A few electrical glitches typical for older homes-plugs in guesthouse were wonky and couldn’t seem to get enough light. The plantings and yard were great sitting on the rocks by the stream watching hummingbirds feed was particularly restful. I’d certainly spend time there again. "
