"Property was very outdated, dirty room, smell, and had roaches. Room did not have nightstands nor lamps, location of the hotel is ideal for visiting family and friends of Liberty University. This can be a great hotel to stay at due to the location. Major renovations is highly and greatly needed."

My family loves it at Smith Mountain Lake and the house was perfect the host communication well and are very friendly. My grandkids didn't want to leave.
