beautiful

The home is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. I will say - do not plan a movie night or need to work while there. Wifi is not great therefore streaming services just buffer. Also I would probably not stay in summer again - the beautiful high ceilings and controlled thermostat made for hot nights.

Great home and amenities located at the end of a street. Beautiful decor, comfy beds and bedding. A very quiet vacation for me and my husband, with our dogs. My only suggestion would be to replace the cute sofa with a comfy sectional. It would allow for more lazing and accommodate larger groups.

Great place to spend time with family

We had a wonderful time staying here. It is a great location close to everything in Hochatown. The property grounds are beautiful and the cabin was very comfortable. There were a couple of issues that were addressesed by the management.

Gorgeous!

Beautiful accommodations! Spacious cabin with such an elegant feel. Loved the Van Gogh art theme throughout! No ability to adjust temperature and the cabin got down to 66 downstairs and 64 upstairs one night. Our trip was to visit a very ill family member so we just didn’t have time to deal with contacting a property management company in the night, but overall this is a wonderful place to stay.

Bare minimum

Nice cabin and layout, but its just bare basics. Mattresses and pillows could use an upgrade. Refrigerator did not work our entire stay, which i assume they know about because they have a note posted on the front that says it doesn't get cold..it also beeped every 60 seconds our entire stay. Luckily we had a good size cooler with us that we could usekeep keep our groceries from ruining. Half the hot tub jets don't work either. For the price of the unit, we were left a little disappointed. The good thing is it would take much to get this place in tip top condition.

Gateway trip

Overall the cabins were good, I would suggest more improvement with the tv’s and the Wifi. We had an issue with both of these subjects. The living room tv would glitch out, the Wifi would disconnect. All in all the stay was good. Thank you

Beautiful property!

The property and cabin were beautiful.. like something out of a magazine. We had five kids in our group and they had a blast. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Our only complaints were the kitchen was very small and the living room furniture was not comfortable or accommodating for our large group. Maybe consider larger couches with recliners… also some patio lights would’ve been nice.

Basic investment property- zero bells and whistles

I’ve stayed in this area for years, this is our eighth cabin, and there is a huge difference between family owned properties and those that are just cookie cutter investment properties. This one was the latter. At this price point this petite cabin should be much better appointed. Every expense was spared, things were broken, minimal furnishings. This place was cute and compact size good for our family of four but again overpriced compared to other cabins at this price point. More investment needs to be put into this property or the cost should be lowered. Third property to stay with this management company and Norma is great an communicative. Our dissatisfaction had nothing to do with them.
