같은 건물에 오피스텔이 있엉서 그런지 건물 내 주차공간이 매우 매우 매우 부족해요 지하주차장에 주차 못하면 호텔 앞 공터에 하면 된다고는 합니다만.. 호텔을 두 개 운영사가 나눠서 운영해서 체크인 카운터도 나뉘어 있는데 적극적으로 알려주셔야 손님들이 헷갈리지 않고 맞는 줄에 서서 기다릴 듯 합니다. 또 체크인 대기줄 서있는데 직원분이 마스크 내리고 음료 드시고 계시던데 힘드시겠지만 카운터에서는 마스크를 안내리셔야 하지 않을까요 객실은 넓진 않지만 무난했고 화장실 샤워커튼에서는 곰팡이 냄새가 납니다 방음은 잘 되는 것 같아요 층간소음은 딱히 느끼지 못했어요

최악 호텔

평생 처음 후기 남깁니다. 다른사람들을 위해, 그리고 호텔 개선도 필요한거 같아서요. 처음 배정된 방 화장실 문이 안잠기고 예약했던 방과도 달라서 물어보니 직원실수라며 바꿔주셨슴니다. 재배정된 방 가니 또 화장실 문이 안잠기며 이번엔 정말 바닥에 머리카락이 한주먹(머리카락 조금 있는게 아니고 정말 뭉탱이로 한주먹)이 있어서 기분 너무 찝찝해서 바로 전화 해서 화장실 물어보니 원래 안잠긴다며 남는 객실 없다 합니다. 머리카락 얘기하니 제가 조금 있는거로 그러는줄 알아서 와서 직접 보시라고 하니 그제서야 하우스키핑 보내주신다거 합니다. 와서 뭉탱이 머리카락 보시더니 엄청 놀래며 청소 다시 해주셨습니다. 주차가 자리가 없어서 와부에 해야하며 외부도 멉니다. 호텔 근처에 하면 주차단속으로 걸립니다. 가성비도 가성비지만 기본적으로 호탤 직원분들 태도나 대처능력이 너무하다 싶습니다.

Front desk service is terrible. Sometimes there is no one availavable. This is not professional. It looks like small business which is not suitable for airport hotels that they claim.

일단... 호텔 바로옆 공사장... 주변도 죄다 공사장... 공사 소음이 이른 아침부터 들여 옵니다. 그리고 호텔에서 직접 객실로 올라가는 엘리베이터는 작동 안하고 있으며, 밖으로 나가 옆 통로의 오피스텔 엘리베이터로 가서 타야 함. 프런트는 비워져 있어 10분 이상을 기다리고 있고,, 전화도 안받음....

룸 컨디션은 좋았습니다만 일회용품이 없었고 바닥이 카펫형태라 쿰쿰한 냄새는 어쩔수없었습니다. 테라스가 있어서 살짝 열어두니 환기가 되고 좋았습니다. 프론트도 친절하고 전체적으로 만족했습니다.

대체적으로 깔끔

침구는 깨끗했습니다. 바닥 카페트에 머리카락이 많이 보여서 청소기를 잘 사용했으면 좋겠네요. TV 리모콘 좀 깨끗하게 닦아주세요. 손때가 너무 많이 뭍어 있어서 지저분합니다.

어의없는곳

청결은 말할것도 없고 수건걸이 떨어져있고 화장지 걸이도 손상되서 밖에 놓고 써야되고 최악은 변기가 떨어져서 볼일볼때 중심잘잡아야함 인생최악의 호텔 어의가없어서 말도안하고 조용히잠만자고나옴

가격생각하면 크게 바라면 안되긴합니다. 아주 협소하지만 욕조까지 있어서요 다만 그래도 청소상태는 아주꽝입니다. 어린아이와 숙박한건데 어린아기들 데리고 가는건비츄네요 바닥 카페트가 아주 지저분해요. 특히 침대를 벽으로 좀 붙이려고 밀었는데 그밑에 쓰레기들이 . 침대밑도 청소기로 밀어주기를요. 데스크에 상황은 말씀드렸습니다. 다른방으로 옮겼으나 그방도 마찬가지. 결론. 아기없이 싼값에 잠깐 잠만자려는용도로는 가성비 좋아요. 다만 아무리그래도 청소는 신경써주시길요

청소가 전혀되어있지않습니다. 전날 누가파티를 했는지, 바닥에 반짝이가 널려있고, 베란다 문은 다 고장나있고, 발코니 와인 흘린자국 그대로 남아있고, 객실비품도 준비되어있지않아서, 물어보니 연말이라 모자란다고 합니다. 서비스도 별로고, 청소도 별로고, 정말 별로였습니다.

위생관리가 더 필요해 보입니다

진짜 어느 숙박업소를 가든 전혀 까다로운 편이 아닌데 너무 위생관리가 안되는것 같았어요. 특히 코로나때문에 고객들은 더 걱정될텐데 아무리 사용을 잘 안한다고 해도 티스푼이랑 컵에도 먼지가 진짜 수북히 쌓여있고, 근처 풀숲이 많아서 벌레가 많은 것 같긴 하던데. 방에 들어가자마자 벌레가 커튼에 붙어있고 여러모로 요즘 괜찮은 모텔보다 좋은지 잘 모르겠어요.. 호텔이라는 이름 값이 아쉽고 저렴하게 묵었지만 최소한 그 값은 해주셨으면 해요

내년에도다시오고싶은호텔!

가격대비매우좋은호텔이다.물론청소상태나주차공간이부족한단점이있지만 호텔바로앞에있는공원이나걸어서산책할수있는코스도좋고오션뷰에서바다가보이는전망도좋고주변에음식점.카페.빵집등도다양하게있어서좋다.숙박비를생각한다면가성비최고의호텔이다!
