This hotel is very convenient for me as my company office is walkable from the hotel. I love the lake behind the hotel as it offers a nice place to get my steps in and enjoy fresh air.

The hotel and our room was extremely clean and comfortable as well. The breakfast was excellent. I have never written a hotel review before, but I am happy to write one for SpringHill Suites Keystone.

I love this location since it is only a mile from where I have a meeting tomorrow. It's usually a very nice experience. Today they are falling a little short. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were not refilled with product, rather just filled with water so didn’t really do the job. Not the best cleaning. Hair (someone else's) was on the shower walls and bathroom floor. Even though my room is nearly at the end of the hall, there are kids running up and down the hall and slamming doors. I've stayed here before with no issues so this is not the norm, but I am a bit disappointed with this stay.

Great bed and bathroom. Refrigerator did not work (even after being instructed to use button to turn it on). Bolt in door caused difficulty in closing door each time we left the room. It also would have been nice to have instructions in the room re: use of television (it took forever to scroll down to finally find Turner Classic Movies and CNN). Toilet flushing was ridiculously LOUD. From snacks to room rates, everything at this facility was overpriced. Staff were exceptionally friendly and capable.

Friendly, quiet, clean hotel. A+++++

I truly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was courteous, kind, and helpful. The hotel was immaculate. The room was so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was unbelievable. The area is safe with plenty of nice restaurants and shopping nearby. We were going to the Eras Tour and found the trip downtown to be pleasant and quick.

Our room was not cleaned the first day we stayed. We returned in the evening to a room with the beds not made, trash not emptied and no fresh towels. It was terrible. The room was very expensive for poor service.

Amazing staff!

Over all stay was great. Check in and front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. When I first got up to my room my room keys didn't work, so I had to walk back to the front desk where, instead of just giving me new keys and making me wait around, the facilities engineer at the time walk me back up to my room and opened the door for me and let me know that someone from the front desk would be back to drop off new keys that work. Within about 10 mins, there was a knock at the door and a staff person dropped off my keys and double checked that they worked. Then, I got a call from the facilities engineer to check if I received my new keys. Just superb service and service recovery. Their breakfast buffet was simple and delicious with a nice range of options. The only thing that would have made my stay perfect would have been a hot tub on the facility, but other than that, just a fantastic place to stay.

Comfortable Beds, VERY thin ceilings/walls

This is a 2-in-1 on-site venue. If you are at Sringhill Suites, you must enter through the Residence Inn entrance. They do not staff the SpringHill Suites side. My family of 5 (2 adults and 5,8,13) stayed and were VERY comfortable, with plenty of space to sleep. The foldout was queen size, along with the two queen beds in the man sleeping area. Bathroom was very large, with a barn sliding glass door. Comfort was a 5 of 5, but the wall/ceiling sound dampening was .... 1 of 5. Our neighbors with at least tw kids above us, pounded on the floor, the male was verbally abusive towards all in the room. They were obscenely loud after midnight and I went up to the room (#432) and "politely" told them to be quiet. The male said, "I will tell them to be quiet now." which just resulted in him screaming at them for an additional 5 or so minutes. Then bright and early at 4:38am they were up and at it again. I did NOT inform the VERY professional staff members because the hotel was very full that night and I knew they get over-worked anyways. Upon checkout however, staff was rude as they talked explicitly about kicking someone in the *ss and made me wait more ten minutes. I had a recent amputation so...the experience was painful, in multiple ways. Breakfast was buffet with only hot Eggs and some type of fiesta potatoes. The common items (yogurt, oatmeal, apples, bananas) along with the waffle iron and pancake "convection belt" maker. I would give it a 3.5 of 5.

Our stay here was a godsend! My sister and I were traveling with six kids across the country and we had booked another hotel to stop overnight. That other hotel was infested with bedbugs and staying there was not an option. We easily found same night availability here and felt like we hit the jackpot! It was so clean, so safe and exactly what we needed. The breakfast was very impressive, the soap products in the shower were luxurious and the property was gorgeous! Thank you so much for saving our night that started out as a disaster
