“The place even if it is small is great for staying near Shinjuku, beds are confortable and bathroom and shower are nice, even if they're shared with the others. The only big issue is that personal don't clean enough, pillow covers weren't clean or changed and so the blankets, they were really stinky. Owner should put more atention into those details.”

“The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed having access to many amenities, and bring near several train/Subway stations. Beds took some getting used to, as I'm a tall individual. But the provided comforter was warm, and the pillow soft. ”

Unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants…and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. We had a late flight and owner allowed us to check out at noon. ”
