The whole suite was outstanding. Right from the sitting room, the bedroom suite, having a jacuzzi in thei room for me was the first experience. Then the bathroom with a regular shower, a steam bath,sauna. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and the big plus spoke english. I will definitely recommend thıs hotel to anyone that likes luxury.

Otel çalışanları her zaman güleryüzlü ve içten. Ön büro ekibinin iletişimi çok güçlü. Otelin yeri hem iş, hem de turistik amaçlı kalmak için uygun. Sahile çok yakın ve yürüyerek gidilebilecek yerler için çok elverişli.

Otel personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelin konumu da güzeldi. Deniz manzaralı odamız ve banyosu çok genişti. Açık havuzunda şezlong sayısı yetersi. Açık büfe kahvaltısını pek beğenmesekde otel genel anlamda iyiydi

Klima yetersiz asla odayı soğutmuyor. Bu sıcakta kesinlikle çekilmiyor. Oda aydınlatması yok denebilir, iki tane loş abajur var ana lamba yok, akşam karanlıkta takılıyorsunuz. Kilitli kasanın pili bitmiş. Odalarda ekipman kontrol bakımları pek yapılmıyor sanırım. Görevlilere bildirdik, kasayı değiştirdiler ama klima için bir çözüm getirmediler. 1 gece kaldık ama bu fiyata asla değmez.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

Mir wurde ein sehr schönes Zimmer in der 10. Etage gegeben. Ich war etwas überrascht, dass man die Fenster öffnen kann. Leider konnte ich Schwimmbad und Gym nicht nutzen. Als Grund wurde das Erdbeben vor zwei Jahren angegeben. Tatsächlich gibt es in der Stadt (2025) noch erhebliche Schäden aufgrund des Erdbebens, zB war der Zugang zum Meer nicht möglich.

Personel güler yüzlü, çözüm odaklı ve profesyonel çalışıyor. Oda temizliği ve hizmeti kesinlikle çok iyi. Konfor açısından da çok memnun kaldık. Tek olumsuz yani kahvaltısıidi. Evet çeşit çok ancak inanılmaz bayat, bir önceki günün ürünleri ısıtılıp ısıtılıp getiriliyor. Zaten servise çıkmış ürünlerin(domates, salatalık, salam, peynir ve diğer birçok ürün) kurumuş olduğu görüntüsünden bile anlaşılıyor. Maalesef mutfak Ramada ya yakışır bir kalitede değil!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Swimmingpools waren außer Betrieb. Das Gebäude direkt neben dem Hotel wurde zum Abriß vorbereitet. Gegenüber auf dem Grundstück wurde von morgens 7 bis abends 18 h inkl. Sonntag laut gebohrt (Erdbohrungen). Positiv ist, dass es fußläufig zur Stadt geht.

Otel tadilattan yeni çıkmış sanırım odanın halıları, koltuk ve sandalye gibi materyallerin temizliğine biraz daha özen gösterilmeli. Çalışan personellerin güler yüzlülüğü işlerine olan ahlakı gayet başarılı. Herkese çok tşk'ler.

Resepsiyon ekibi ve genel otel çalışanları oldukça güler yüzlü. Oda çok konforluydu. Özellikle banyonun büyüklüğü ve temizliği çok iyiydi. Kahvaltının çeşitliliği ve kalitesini çok beğendim.

Das Hotel hat sehr schöne Zimmer, sauber und modern ausgestattet, das Frühstück vielfältig und reichhaltig. Leider wurde unser Auto beim Einparken vom Personal des Hotels beschädigt. Es wurde diskutiert und sich rausgeredet, aber kein Schadensersatz angeboten, weil dieser von der Person privat hätte getragen werden müssen. Ein kleiner Teil wurde repariert, die tiefen Kratzer aber so belassen. Wir müssen uns noch offiziell an die Geschäftsleitung wenden.
