"Great place, great rooms, great surroundings "

"We loved this hotel for our honeymoon! The pools and beach setups are amazing- very good service from setting up chairs and serving food/drinks. The lobby bars and casino are fun at night, it’s very lively on the weekend! We ate at the beach club and Cana and really enjoyed everything we had. I agree with other reviewers that the rooms could use an update. The hotel also touts its eco friendliness but doesn’t have anywhere collecting compostable material (so they just go to the regular garbage)....

"We got to the hotel early and they saved our luggage so we could enjoy the pool until the room was ready unfortunately it started to rain. I received a call that the room was ready an hour before check-in. Overall, I had a great experience."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and so was the hotel. Food was decent but plenty of other walking distant options. Jenny (our poolside waitress) was wonderful and so fun! Definitely coming back!!!"

"This hotel keeps the party going, music in the lobby, at the pool all over the hotel, night club is awesome. The pool service is top notch! Drinks are tasty and food is delicious. The bartenders are attentive. Beach is beautiful and clean, we felt safe staying at la concha. "
