"The west coast of NZ is extremely rural and poor. Typically that means marginal lodging. Marginal amenities. Cheap motels. We were so pleasantly surprised to find the Rumi lodge the exact opposite. Wonderful accommodations and food. What a wonderful breakfast. Literally five star. Cecelia, the host, was wonderful . Warm and inviting and so full of helpful info. Two thumbs way up for Rumi lodge.
