“The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. “My family spent a weekend in Perry's 3-bedroom cottage during our trip to Story Land. We had 3 adults and 4 children (age 5-16) in our party. Inside the cottage was clean, beds were comfortable, and they were extras like dishes, cookware, grilling utensils. The AC cooled the main area. We brought fans from home that helped move cool air to the bedrooms. We also brought a twin air mattress to put up against the sofa for extra sleep space. That made it easy to switch from bedroom to living room……

“We liked the convenient location to North Conway and Storyland, which was the reason for our stay. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Downside was lack of quiet. We were on the first floor and could hear lots of running and footsteps above us. Also, the breakfast area is small for the number of guests. We got there at opening, so we were fine, but many guests were waiting for a table to open up.”
