"The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly (and multilingual). The free wifi was fast and secured. Breakfast simple but more than sufficient. Would not hesitate to come again."

"The hotel was extremely clean (and I’m very fussy), room were very big, the breakfast was delicious - bonus point for the chef cooking fresh omelettes, crepes and pancakes every morning. There was a lovely man at reception - super lovely and accommodating (sorry I didn’t catch his name!). There were some renovations happening while we were there which was noisy and disruptive buttttt the hotel’s location, rooms, staff and breakfast was amazing. Hope to go back soon ❤️"

"The Kronenhof continues to impress me with its attentive staff, top level service, food, and atmosphere. I received a complimentary room upgrade which I was not expecting. I requested a room change the second day after a significantly long hike due to noise from the Laret festival right below my window. The staff accommodated my request without issue. I will only stay at the Kronenhof when I visit the Upper Engadin."
