"Sadly the hotel did not meet our expectations. The first room we were allocated had mold round the windows and in the bathroom and it smelt funny. The staff were very good and gave us a new room but it still wasn't great. It is possible that we were just in the old part of the hotel - if so, avoid ..."

"I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay. Had food at the bar what I ordered wasn’t what I got so was disappointing. We went to the entertainment area one night ..."

"It is what it says on the tin. Nice country side, animals around. Did not see anyone at checkin all info was sent via email (which was exhaustive), which felt a bit inpersonal. Nice close walk and easy reach to local sites"
