“The service is AMAZING! Every single person who waited on us or helped us was absolutely incredible. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. I wish I could remember all of their names but Sergio and Margarito at the beach are two that stand out. The resort is a bit older but they were painting and fixing things while we were there. The beach elevator doesn’t work and did not work the month we were there. Be prepared for a lot of steps!! They do have a shuttle to take you to and from……
