Todo bien, solo entrada complicada!
Entrar al hotel fue un poco complicado, el gps nos mando a entrar por una calle que no tenia acceso al hotel. Solicite una recamara de las 2 para discapacitados y segun el front desk no tenian disponibilidad. Todo muy limpio, y buen desayuno!

Tuve varios inconvenientes en mi estadía. Cuando llegué pedí pagar en efectivo y me dijeron que primero me lo facturaban con la tarjeta (antes del check out) y que cuando al irme pagaba en efectivo me iban a devolver lo de la tarjeta. Al dejar el hotel consulté con el manager si esto era correcto y me dijo que no, la persona que me había atendido me había dicho mal. Todavía estoy a la espera de la devolución. Segundo inconveniente: el primer día dejé el cuarto a las 9:00 hs. Al volver no estaba hecho el cuarto El hotel no es limpio, la atención mala. La relación precio-calidad es desporporcionada. Mi próxima estadía por allí eligiré otro establecimiento.

Hemos tomado nota seriamente de sus comentarios sobre múltiples problemas, lo que hizo que su estancia fuera indeseable. Está claro que te hemos decepcionado, y por eso, te pedimos disculpas. Esto no es una indicación de cómo hacemos negocios normalmente, y me preocupa la calidad de su experiencia. Hemos abordado el problema con nuestro equipo de administración y también hemos dado instrucciones para tomar las medidas necesarias. Espero que nos brinde generosamente otra oportunidad en el futuro. Tomamos todos los comentarios con seriedad y lo haremos mejor la próxima vez. Sinceramente, Gerente del hotel

Roaches. We stayed there on Saturday, March 16th for one night. The hotel seemed nice but we didn't expect to see roaches in our room. I managed to kill one and brought it DISCREETLY to the front desk on our check out because we didn't want to alarm other guests. We waited 2 days to hear back from the manager, and had to follow up before they returned the call (I believe the GM's name is D.Beaver). I didn't expect to be compensated for the entire stay but they only offered us points which amount to about 42$. That's not what left me feeling bad. I just feel like the manager didn't care so much about what had happened and I don't think I'll be using those points. We had to carefully inspect our stuff on the way out to make sure the bugs didn't go into our bags. I recommend looking for another hotel, they're all in 10minute driving distance anyway.

Not enough parking spaces, especially it is combined with the adjacent hotel. Too many compact parking spots and our SUV barely fit in the one remaining parking space. Both hotels were full to capacity.

Breakfast was good, location is good, room was clean. The only disappointing thing was that the indoor pool was not heated, and the water was ice cold. This was the reason we booked this hotel this time around.

We were invited to use the digital key, as we were arriving very late. While the D key allowed access inside the lobby, it did not work at the room door. There was no one staffing the front desk, requiring a search of the office area to locate someone who could make a pair of key cards to grant access into the room. The room itself was only average and the next morning's breakfast tasted old, even at 7:00 am.
