The beds and linen are very comfy. Michael is extremely respectful of privacy. We didn’t see him at all during our stay, but he made sure to fill the outside wood box...

“so frustrated that WOTIF and QUEST could not process the 1 room and not 2 rooms. Also nobody replied to messages from SUNDAY to WEDNESDAY I had to call Ziad the night manager about the 2 twin beds and NOT 2 rooms. NO REPLIES on wotif messages again and then after Ziad confirmed 1 room only at checkin they asked AGAIN about the second room. but wait - after she canceled the second room and we got a text about credit card and 1 room canceled - THEY TRIED IT ON AGAIN AT CHECKOUT about the second...
