“The house is exactly as advertised. The house is very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well apppointed with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. Very nice amenties throughout. Neighborhood was quiet (although this was April and not peak lake season). The neighbors are great. Large yard. A bit soggy duet to rain and mud management was a constant. Jason was awesome - excellent communications and very prompt on replies. If we get back to Lakewood, we would stay...

Overall my kids couldnt have had a better time being at the property and loved sitting on the inlet watching the ducks, beavers and geese every evening! “Stayed here for the eclipse but got much more out of it. It was a nice quiet stay right on the lake which made for and enjoyable long weekend. Havinging th abilty to walk out, sit around a fire on a lake and fish was quite enjoyable. The tiny home was perfect for our needs and look forward to staying here again in the future. It was pet friendy yet lacked any animal hair which was a big concern as we had more than 1 person alerigic to dogs but had to bering out non shedding dog with us. Overall...

“This property had plenty of room for our family. Although the main portion of the house is not air conditioned, the bedrooms all had room air conditioners. We really enjoyed being right on the lake. The property between the house and the lake isn't big, but it's very nicely shaded and we spent a lot of time out there. The kids loved the fishing. The cleanliness of the property was an issue. Carpets had crumbs and were dirty. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well. The house clearly had not been dusted...

There are plenty of rentals that are obviously designed for photos and marketing, but the small touches really set this rental apart. The view is incredible, it's close to a local grocery, and you walk out onto a nice trail. We met the owners and they couldn't be more gracious hosts. Highly recommend.”

“Took my son & his friend to see the 2024 Eclipse in the path of totality where this cute cottage was located on the inlet of a lake. It was absolutely perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked, the owner was responsive, generous & accomadating. Staying on a lake can sometimes be buggy even inside the house & there was nothing creepy crawly to be found! The peacefulness & wild life was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & made a super special memory together. I am thankful!”
