Our family absolutely loved it, loved the old house, loved the decorations, and particularly loved the fact that it seemed as though there were secret rooms and areas which my kids adored. "This is hotel is truly amazing. We stayed for one night whilst travelling from south to north France. The grounds are huge. The swimming pool a good size and warm. Beach volley ball. Table tennis . Crazy golf. The grounds are so unique. I would have stayed 2 nights had i realised hiw nuce it was "

"Stopped at this hotel on a drive through France and it was great. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food is delicious and the pool is a lovely way to unwind after a long drive. The rooms are perhaps a touch basic but they have everything you need and were clean and comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We wrote to the hotel that we should arrive after 21:00....no response or check-in arrangements were sent to us. We got there at 22:30 and the self check in machine was down....so no help. Eventually some guy / staff member appeared from nowhere.... First he said our booking is not real.... despite giving him my printed reservation and booking number.... despite being paid already! Then we managed to get a room. The guy refused to validate our room for wifi and said to use the visitor option instead. When we did that, the option required a French mobile phone number.... so we had no wifi. Incredible. The room had a bathroom door with no handles, etc, etc....never again here.... "

Charming building and courtyard. Most atmospheric. Hugely comfortable, artfully decorated bedroom and excellent bathroom. Beautiful view from the window. Very convenient, arrived from the A20 and left the following morning for the A71. Works well for both routes."
